I will shortly be moving on from my role as Director of the Centre. Since 2016, I have been working at DCU, firstly as Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and in 2018, I established the Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion. The past five years have been a hugely important part of my career and now it is time to begin the next chapter.
Many of you will be aware that over the past four years, I have researched and developed a software that brings an evidence-based approach to organisational culture, diversity and inclusion. As CEO and founder of, in partnership with DCU, I will be focusing on continuing to build this exciting, disruptive technology company as it moves into a new phase of growth.
The Centre has been one of my proudest achievements. It continues to go from strength to strength and last December, it became part of the faculty of DCU Business School. The team and I are proud of the outputs to date which include research, toolkits, training, advisory support and thought leadership. Guided by the mission of connecting academia with industry, outputs are focused and relevant, advancing diversity and inclusion in workplaces across Ireland.
I am extremely grateful and thankful for the many people and organisations who have supported the Centre since its foundation. This includes our founding partners, academic colleagues from across DCU, business and industry representative groups and of course my colleagues, who will continue the work to advance D&I in Ireland, under the leadership of the Centre’s.
In the meantime, I will continue to be involved in the Centre in an advisory capacity over the coming weeks as I transition from my role as Director. For any queries you might have you can get in touch with Linda Keitasha or Emma Loo at.
